What people say......................

"I just wanted to let you know that following your course on interviewee training recently, I attended an interview for a DTI post. I subsequently passed this interview and was offered a job in London. I would like to thank you for the valuable information and encouragement which you gave me on your course. I have no doubt that this helped me secure a new job."
John Aires

"Working with Heather has really enabled me to make positive changes in my life. She has helped me clarify my goals, my values, my limiting beliefs and my future direction in life. She is encouraging, warm, light-hearted, professional and challenging. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone who wanted to move their life to a new level"   Marion Ryan - Entrepreneur, Dublin

"Coaching has been worth every penny that I have spent. Before I approached WaringWell, I was going round and round in circles regarding what to do with my career. Now I have made a decision, I am focussed and working towards my new goals."  Mark Walles - Businessman, Surrey

"I have been lucky enough to have experienced Heather as my coach and during that time the achievements I have made in both my business and personal life have been amazing. Heather has a great eye for long term success combined with knowing what you need, right now, to make you get off the phone and take action and move one step closer towards your goals. And, above all, she is a warm person and very down to earth - two qualities in a coach that are extremely important to me.'"- Paula Gardener -  http://www.doyourownpr.com/

"I would never have got this far without you"  - Amanda Brown - Management Consultant, Cheshire

"As a result of working with Heather, I now feel stronger and ready to move ahead faster. I have certainly gained confidence and more certainty about my ability to achieve. I'd love to have two sessions a week!!"  - Carol Lipthorp - Trainer, London

"Heather helped me to hold the map the right way up"  - Robert Smith - Social Services Director, Southampton

"Heather, you were a great ambassador for Coaching on BBC Radio London"   - Amechi Udo - Coach, London

'Heather, you have really helped me to put my thoughts in order and gave me a really valuable new perspective on it all. Thanks' - Paul Fawcett, head of Communications - Victim's Support

'I cannot praise Heather enough – if it had not been for her input and continuing support I would still be looking for that elusive job and turning down all opportunities due to low self confidence and self belief.' Ginny Donnelly - NSPCC

'Thank you so much for all your support over the last few months. Our sessions have had a hugely positive impact on my life, not just workwise but in all areas. I have found the process to be incredible rewarding and I am so excited to have found an area I want to work in and a job that I love' - Chloe Fielder

'I’d reached a point in my life where I had lost my direction and purpose in what I was doing and was stuck in a rut. I was struggling with a variety of emotions including lack of confidence, motivation, enthusiasm and increasingly felt frustrated. I had a series of one to one sessions with Heather regarding myself, my situation and my future.  Heather has been instrumental in helping focus and formulate my direction.  She helped me regain control over my circumstances which enabled me to regain sight of where I wanted to go and how I was going to get there. Through a job hunting strategy that Heather helped me formulate I was successful in obtaining an interview for a new position.  Through the coaching Heather helped me prepare for the interview and enabled me to gain confidence through visualising my performance.  This lead to me successfully obtaining the post which I am currently in. These period in my life was mixed as it was one of the most difficult times I have been through but with Heather’s coaching she helped me in making it one of the most pivotal turning points in my life.' - Kirsty Lovell

About Heather Waring

Heather is the Founder and Director of WaringWell. Over the past twenty years, she has worked as a senior manager, coach, trainer, event organiser, and fundraiser. She has used and developed skills in marketing, project development, negotiation and motivation among others and has used her personal development and coaching skills both within the workplace and  the not for profit sector.

Heather brings to her work her passion and enthusiasm as well as a wealth of experience, both personal and business. She relates well to people from all walks of life and can sense when her client needs empathy, a light joke or a firm push. The coaching and training offered by Heather is for those who are committed to moving forward and really making a difference in their personal or business lives.

In 1999 Heather took part in a sponsored walk along parts of the Great Wall of China. Training for this revived her interest in walking and since completing the walk she has developed her walking passion. She now combines walking and coaching, so why not consider being coached at the same time as exercising and enjoying inspiring scenery?

Heather is a chartered coach with the UK College of Life Coaching, an accredited coach with the Life Coaching Academy, a qualified retirement coach and works as an associate for Agora Development mentoring and coaching graduates as they find their first step on the career ladder. She is a member of the Federation of Small Businesses, a founder member of the Association for Coaching and a past Chair of Women in Docklands  a networking organisation for Business Women in East London and Thames Gateway.

In addition to being a frequent broadcaster on coaching issues,  Heather is a career advisor for Cosmopolitan Magazine and regular contributor to Glamour magazine features, the resident Life Coach at the Fish4jobs website,  a past career columnist for  the Sunday Express and for two years wrote a syndicated column for the Newsquest group.  She regularly contributes articles and tips to many other publications and was chosen to be the career expert on Britain's Worst Boss for Channel 5.
