About Coaching What is coaching? Coaching is an active partnership where your coach follows your agenda, supporting, encouraging and challenging you as you move towards where you want to be. Having a coach is like having a sounding board - someone who you can bounce ideas off, someone who doesn't judge and someone who sees the best in you even when you can't see it in yourself. No serious sports person would dream of going for gold without the support of their coach so now you can take advantage of coaching techniques to achieve your own goals.
Who uses a coach?
People from all backgrounds who want to make changes and improve their life:
How can I benefit?
How will I be coached? Much of the personal coaching offered by WaringWell takes place on the telephone. This makes makes it time efficient (no-one has to travel) and means that wherever you live you can take advantage of our services. After an initial session, your coach and you will decide the best way forward. In most cases this is a regular weekly slot which ensures continuity and builds on the momentum. Free email support is always available between sessions and extra sessions can be arranged if needed. Within business the format tends to be more varied depending on whether the work is with individuals or teams and can include workshops as part of the process. We recommend that a
client works with us for at least 2 months so they can begin to see real change
taking place. Thereafter, there is no set length of time for coaching as it
depends on the number of issues to be addressed and the rate of progress. Is coaching for me? Coaching is an investment in your future, not a quick fix. It requires commitment and hard work, as well as a willingness to try new things and to really want to bring about changes in your life. If you think that this is for you, contact us now for a free initial session. |
